Bogoslovija and the surrounding buildings are full of students with a very specific combination: a cheap laptop (bought for their studies), loaded with university software (Visual Studio, MATLAB, AutoCAD), that overheats like crazy. The standard package we do most often: cleaning + thermal paste + extra RAM (from 4 GB to 8 GB or 16 GB) + an SSD if it still has an HDD. After that, the programs run like on a brand-new laptop.
Mirijevo — families and home networks
Mirijevo is a growing neighborhood with lots of new buildings. A typical call: “I have a new router from my provider, but it doesn’t work well.” Provider routers are usually weak, especially for apartments over 60 m². We recommend replacing it (TP-Link Archer C6 or Tenda for a cheaper option, Asus for a better one). Or adding an extender for the far rooms.
Older people — Cvetkova pijaca, Bulbulder
Often one of the kids buys a laptop for their parents, but the parents can’t find their way around it. We handle that too — setting everything up as simply as possible, larger fonts, shortcuts for Skype/Viber, and 30–45 minutes of hands-on coaching. It’s not technically demanding work, but it matters for an older person’s dignity — nobody likes feeling stupid because of a computer.

We confirm the final price after a free diagnostic (no disassembly), before any repair. Send the device by courier — it comes back by courier — or you can drop it off at one of our locations.

How do I get my device to you from Veliki Mokri Lug? That’s far from the center…
The easiest way is by courier — send us the device, we repair it and send it back by courier. If it’s on your way, you can also bring it to any of our three shops. Tip: include a list of everything that isn’t working, so we can check it all at once.
How much can I really speed up a laptop from 2017?
A lot. A 2017 laptop with an HDD (e.g., Acer Aspire 5, Lenovo IdeaPad 320, HP 250) — if you upgrade it with an SSD and extra RAM, it runs up to 5x faster. Boot time drops from 1.5 minutes to 15 seconds. You get the upgrade estimate after a free diagnostic (no disassembly). A new laptop with the same performance costs 70.000+ RSD. The math is clear.
Can you come once a week to help my grandmother with her computer?
We can, though we don’t usually do it on a regular schedule. We have an “older users” program — the first visit is full training (45–60 min), and after that we come when called if something gets stuck. For most older people that’s enough — after 2–3 sessions they generally handle the basics on their own.
