A typical call: “I have a new router from my provider, but it doesn’t work well.” Provider routers are usually weak, especially for apartments over 60 m². We recommend replacing it (TP-Link Archer C6 or Tenda for a cheaper option, Asus for a better one). Or adding an extender for the far rooms.
Older people — Cvetkova pijaca, Bulbulder
Often one of the kids buys a laptop for their parents, but the parents can’t find their way around it. We handle that too — setting everything up as simply as possible, larger fonts, shortcuts for Skype/Viber, and 30–45 minutes of hands-on coaching. It’s not technically demanding work, but it matters for an older person’s dignity — nobody likes feeling stupid because of a computer.

Yes, the courier goes there too. Arrival time is 35–45 minutes depending on traffic. When someone calls from Veliki Mokri Lug, we suggest they give us a list of everything that isn’t working — we bring everything needed and avoid a second trip.

Can you come once a week to help my grandmother with her computer?
We can, though we don’t usually do it on a regular schedule. We have an “older users” program — the first visit is full training (45–60 min), and after that we come when called if something gets stuck. For most older people that’s enough — after 2–3 sessions they generally handle the basics on their own.
