Computer Repair Palilula — From Karaburma to Borča
Palilula is a geographically large municipality — on one side of the Danube it has Karaburma, Bogoslovija and Višnjica, and on the other Krnjača, Borča and Padinska Skela. No matter which part of the municipality you’re in, the model is the same — a courier picks up the device from your address, we fix it at our shop, and the courier brings it back. We have a solution for almost every standard fault, and you don’t have to go anywhere — not even across the Pančevački bridge.

What people from Palilula ask us for most often
Karaburma — densely populated, diverse
Karaburma is a municipality in miniature — families, students, single mothers, retirees. The typical calls cover a wide range: a laptop that won’t turn on, a printer that fell off the desk, a network that drops its connection every hour. People from Karaburma very often call us after hours — between 6 and 8 PM, when they get home from work and realize the computer isn’t working.
Borča — across the bridge, but no problem
Borča is a part of Palilula that many repair shops avoid because it’s across the bridge. We cover it regularly, with courier pickup of the device. From Borča, people most often send us laptops and desktop computers for repair — slowdowns, cleaning, parts replacement. The courier picks up the device, we fix it at our shop and return it.
Krnjača and Pančevački rit — remote areas
People here rarely call, but when they do it’s usually a bigger problem that’s been building up for months. A PC that hasn’t been cleaned in years, full of viruses and programs that launch on their own. We pick up the device, but our advice is usually a complete reinstall — there’s no point trying one fix after another, because the system is too degraded.
Service prices — in our official price list
All our service prices (diagnostics, repairs, cleaning, reinstalls…) are on our price list page and always up to date. We confirm the final price after free diagnostics, before the repair. A courier picks up and returns the device, or you can bring it to one of our shops.
From Borča — let’s prepare together
Before the courier heads out to pick up your device in Borča or Krnjača, let’s talk on the phone for 5 minutes — you describe the symptoms and I’ll assess what will be needed. That way a single pickup solves several problems.
Questions from Palilula
Do you send a courier to Padinska Skela too?
Yes, but for that you really do need to arrange a pickup time in advance. Padinska Skela is far, so it takes the courier a bit longer to get there. It’s best to arrange the morning (around 10–11 AM), because in the afternoon the traffic on the Pančevački bridge tends to back up.
I have an old PC from Karaburma — is it even worth repairing?
It depends on how old it is and what broke. If it’s 7–8 years old and just needs cleaning + fresh thermal paste + an SSD upgrade, it’s usually worth it — you get another 3–4 years of use. If the motherboard has cracked, sometimes it’s more cost-effective to get a new PC. You get the assessment after free diagnostics, and we’re honest about it because we don’t want you throwing money away.
Borča — are you open on weekends?
We’re closed on weekends — our hours are Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. If it’s urgent, get in touch on Friday before closing time and we’ll try to fit you into the schedule, or the first slot Monday morning.
