What we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone, e-mail and message. We use them only to reply and arrange the repair. They arrive at our e-mail and are kept for as long as the conversation and any resulting repair last.
• Repair status check: the receipt number and code from your slip — used only to show you the status of your device. Nothing else is collected.
• Repair order: when you bring or send in a device, the service slip records your name, phone and a description of the device and fault. This is necessary to return the device to the right person and issue an invoice; it is kept as long as accounting rules and the warranty require.
• Technical data and cookies: the site uses a Google tag (Google Analytics / Google Ads) to measure visits and conversions — Google may set cookies and process your IP address and browser data. The language cookie and the server cache cookies do not track you. Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps may pass your IP address to Google.

What we don’t do

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. There is no newsletter, no user accounts and no profiling. Data on a device you bring in for repair is yours — we access it only as far as the repair requires and do not copy it unless you ask us to.

Your rights

Under the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to processing. Write to info@servisracunarabeograd.com — we reply within a reasonable time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.

Cookies you can refuse

You can block Google Analytics and Ads cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out tool (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). The site works without them.
