Custom PC Building

Off-the-shelf computers from stores are almost always a compromise — they cut corners on the power supply, paired a weak graphics card with a strong processor, or the other way around, so you end up paying for something that doesn’t perform the way it should. When we build a computer to order, we choose every component based on what you actually do on it and how much you want to spend, without paying for brand names and things you don’t need.

When a custom-built PC makes sense

  • You play games and want stable FPS without stutter, without overpaying for a graphics card your processor can’t keep up with
  • You do video editing, 3D, CAD or rendering and need a real workstation, not a marketing “gaming” machine
  • You need a quiet, reliable office computer that boots fast and lasts for years
  • You have a budget and don’t know where to allocate it — the processor, graphics card, RAM or drive
  • Your old desktop can no longer keep up, but some components (case, drive, power supply) are still usable
  • You want a computer you can upgrade later, not a closed box where nothing can be changed

What exactly we do

First we sit down and clarify what the computer is for — games and which ones, which programs, at what resolution and how many monitors, whether you plan to upgrade in a couple of years. Only then do we pick components, because the “most powerful processor” and the “best graphics card” mean nothing if they don’t work well together and if the power supply isn’t up to them.

We choose balanced components: a processor and graphics card that match each other, enough RAM for what you do, a fast NVMe SSD for the system and programs, and a power supply of the right quality and wattage — this is where people cut corners most often, and it’s exactly where you never should. We also take care of cooling and airflow in the case so the machine doesn’t overheat or get loud under load.

Once everything arrives, we assemble it neatly, with proper cable management, install Windows and drivers, and run a stress test on the graphics card, processor and memory to make sure the system is stable before we hand it over to you. If we see that a component from your idea doesn’t make sense for what you do, we’ll tell you honestly and suggest a better allocation of the same budget.

How it works

First we agree on the configuration — tell us what the computer is for and your rough budget, and we’ll put together a proposed component list. The initial consultation and advice are free; diagnostics of an existing computer are also free if no disassembly is required.

If we build from scratch, the complete computer is, by arrangement, delivered to you by courier ready to use — desktop cases are heavy, so the courier carries it and you don’t have to lug anything around. If you’re bringing us an existing computer for an upgrade or modification, the courier picks up the device and returns it, or you can drop it off at one of our locations — we have three in Belgrade: near Arena, in New Belgrade by Piramida, and in the center near the Botanical Garden. Component and labor prices are in the price list, and you get the exact price of the whole configuration before we order anything.

Why us

We’ve been building computers for years — from cheap office machines to serious gaming rigs and workstations — so we know where the bottlenecks are and which components don’t get along. We provide a warranty on the build and on the parts we install, and the components also carry the manufacturer’s factory warranty. We don’t push more expensive parts just to make the bill bigger — if a cheaper graphics card does everything you need, we’ll tell you so. You can track the status of your job online through status check, without calling or waiting. If you later need a repair or an upgrade, our desktop service and laptop service are here for you.

Frequently asked questions

Is a custom-built computer better than an off-the-shelf one from a store?

Almost always, for the same money. With off-the-shelf configurations, the manufacturer cuts corners on the parts you can’t see in the spec sheet — the power supply, cooling, motherboard quality. When we build to order, the money goes where you actually need it, and you get a machine you can upgrade later instead of throwing it away.

Can I use some components I already have?

Of course. If the drive, case, power supply or memory are still good and fit the new configuration, we’ll reuse them and save you money. We check what’s worth keeping from the old build and what’s better to replace, and then you decide.

How long does building a computer take?

Once all the components arrive, the assembly itself, the system installation and testing are usually done the same or the next day. What takes the most time is sourcing parts if something isn’t in stock right away — we’ll give you an exact timeframe as soon as we agree on the configuration.
