Windows 10 and 11 Reinstallation — with All Drivers
A computer that has been running the same Windows for 3–4 years collects “gunk” — programs you installed once and never opened again, drivers that piled up during updates, old Microsoft files that were never deleted. That is why the system responds more and more slowly. A reinstallation fixes all of it in 1.5h.
What our reinstallation includes
- Backup of all your documents, photos, and folders — you lose nothing
- An original Windows 10 or 11 installation (legal ISO from the Microsoft website)
- Activation — we use your existing license key that is tied to the motherboard
- All drivers downloaded directly from the manufacturer’s website (Lenovo, HP, Dell, Asus)
- Microsoft Office 365 or LibreOffice (your choice)
- Antivirus — Bitdefender Free or Microsoft Defender with a Malwarebytes scan
- Chrome or Firefox + essential programs (VLC, 7-Zip, PDF Reader)
- A test of every component — checking that Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, camera, microphone, and sound all work
When a reinstallation is NOT needed
Some systems look slow, but the problem is something else. You do not need a reinstallation if:
- You see a blue screen (BSOD) — that is usually RAM or the disk, not the software
- The laptop overheats — that is thermal paste, not the system
- The disk is full — that just needs excess files deleted or a new disk
- A specific program does not work — usually just reinstalling that program is enough
We run a diagnostic, see what the issue really is, and then advise you. We never recommend a reinstallation if it is not needed.

All service prices (diagnostics, repairs, cleaning, reinstallation…) are on our price list page and are always up to date. We confirm the final price after a free diagnostic, before the repair. A courier picks up and returns the device, or you bring it to one of our locations.
Same-day reinstallation
Bring your laptop to one of our locations by noon and get it back in the afternoon with a fresh system. Or send it by courier — we pick it up, do the work, and return it.
Questions
Will I lose my documents and photos?
No. Before we start, we back up everything in the Documents, Pictures, Desktop, and Downloads folders. After the reinstallation, we restore it. If you have files in other locations (e.g., the D: drive, an external drive), just let us know and we will save those too.
Do I need a licensed Windows, or do you use “some” version?
We use an original Microsoft ISO image. If your laptop has a Windows 10 or 11 license (most purchased laptops do — it is stored in the BIOS and the system activates itself), we use it. If not, we can sell you a new key (the exact price is in the price list). We do not install pirated software.
Does a reinstallation speed up an old laptop too?
Dramatically — if the problem was software-related. But be careful: if the laptop has an HDD, the biggest jump comes from adding an SSD (along with the reinstallation). Without an SSD, a clean Windows will boot in 30 seconds instead of 2 minutes, which is enough for most users.
How old a laptop can “survive” a reinstallation?
A reinstallation does not wear out the hardware. If the laptop is physically sound (RAM OK, disk OK, battery optional), the system will run for years. We have clients using a Lenovo from 2012 with a reinstalled Windows 10 who say it works perfectly for email and Office.
