Questions We Often Hear from Vračar
Do you send a courier to Pašino brdo and the narrower streets too?
Yes, our courier picks up devices from the entire Vračar district, no exceptions. Pašino brdo, Englezovac, Smiljanićeva, all the smaller streets around Krunski venac — we cover all of it. Since the streets are often narrow, we park on Beogradska or Maršala Tolbuhina and come on foot.
Can I bring the device to the shop myself?
Of course. Our three shops — Arena (Bulevar Zorana Đinđića 57), Piramida (Jurija Gagarina 149), and Centar near the Botanical Garden (Vojvode Dobrnjca 22) — are easy to reach from Vračar — bus lines 17, 18, 23, or by taxi. We take it in, you get a receipt number and a code, and we let you know when it’s done. If we run the diagnostic the same day, you can pick it up that evening.
How long does the diagnostic take when I come to the shop?
A standard diagnostic takes 1 business day. For more complex faults (motherboard, BGA reballing) it takes 2 business days. If the laptop is inaccessible due to a hardware fault, it takes a bit longer — we call you as soon as we understand what’s going on, before any further work.
