Computer Repair Rakovica — a courier picks up and returns your device
Rakovica is a municipality with an industrial heritage — Vidikovac, Kanarevo brdo, Resnik. Many residents worked at IMR and the Goša factory, and there are quite a few retirees. But there are also plenty of younger people, especially in the new buildings around Miljakovac and Vidikovac. Our team works across the entire municipality, with standard prices and a reasonable arrival time — Rakovica isn’t far from the center, usually 20–30 minutes.

Typical calls from Rakovica
Kanarevo brdo and Vidikovac — families
Kanarevo brdo and Vidikovac are neighborhoods with lots of families. One computer used by the whole household — dad for work, mom for social media, the kids for school and games. Things get “messy” fast there — too many programs, irregular updates, sketchy apps the kids installed. Most often we do a complete reinstall + a quick lesson on what NOT to click.
Resnik and Kneževac — retirees
Rakovica’s retirees often have older laptops (Acer, HP, Lenovo from 2014–2018) that they use modestly — Skype, email, sometimes photos. The most common problem is that Windows never finishes its update processes, so the system becomes extremely slow. The fix: a full system cleanup + disabling unnecessary services + advising them not to close the laptop while an update is running.
Miljakovac — young professionals
Miljakovac is a neighborhood where lots of new buildings are going up, which means young families and remote workers. A typical call is about a slow or unreliable computer used for working from home. A courier picks up the device, we sort it out — cleaning, an SSD, more RAM, a reinstall — and returns it ready for work.
Service prices — in our official price list
All service prices (diagnostics, repairs, cleaning, reinstalls…) are on our price list page and are always up to date. We confirm the final price after the free diagnostics, before the repair. A courier picks up and returns your device, or you can drop it off at one of our locations.
Old laptop — give it a second life
Before you buy a new one, let us take a look. Very often, with a small investment (SSD, RAM, a cleaning) an old laptop turns into a fast machine. We’ll tell you honestly whether it’s worth it — we don’t try to sell you a repair that makes no sense.
Questions from Rakovica
I have an old Acer from 2016 — is it worth repairing, or should I buy a new one?
An Acer from 2016 (most likely the Aspire series) — it depends on the configuration. If it has an Intel i5 or i7 processor, it’s worth it (these processors are still solid today for office work and the Web). It mostly needs an SSD upgrade and 8 GB of RAM. You’ll get an estimate after the free diagnostics, and you gain another 3–4 years of use. If it’s an older-generation i3 or a Celeron, it’s less worthwhile — better to save up for a new one.
Does the courier go to Resnik too?
Yes. It takes 25–35 minutes from the center. Resnik is well connected via Avalski put. We often go in the morning before 9 a.m. if it’s urgent (e.g., a company that can’t start its workday).
Can you set up a complete home office station?
Of course. We’ll even suggest two monitors, a docking station for the laptop, an ergonomic mouse and keyboard, and a good router. The whole setup takes 1–2 hours. The exact price is in the price list depending on complexity, with equipment charged separately.
