We cover every Belgrade municipality — a courier picks up and returns your device
Our model is simple: you call, a courier comes to your address, collects the device, brings it to our shop, we repair it, and the courier returns it fixed. You don’t have to go anywhere — and you never have to worry about hauling heavier devices around. We have three locations in Belgrade, and our couriers cover every municipality.
How it works:
- You call or send an inquiry through the website
- We arrange a pickup time (usually the same day, within 1-3 hours)
- The courier arrives with a handover form, collects the device, and you keep the receipt number and PIN
- We run the diagnostics and repair at our shop
- You can follow the repair on our status-check page
- Once it’s done, the courier returns the repaired device to your address
