“Free diagnostics” sounds like a marketing trick, so let’s explain what it actually means with us and what it covers. In short: you bring the device, we work out what the fault is and what the repair costs — and you don’t pay for that. You only pay for the repair, and only the one you approved.
What free diagnostics cover
- Checking the symptoms and talking through how the fault behaves
- Testing without disassembly — power, disk, memory, temperature, software
- Pinpointing the cause and assessing whether the repair is worth it
- A clear price and timeframe — before we touch anything
Why we do diagnostics for free
Because we don’t believe in a price “blind”. The same symptom can have several causes, and it’s only fair that we see the device first and then tell you exactly where you stand. If the repair isn’t worth it, we’ll tell you that too — openly.
Where and how
Bring it to one of our three shops in Belgrade (Arena, Piramida, Centar), or send it by courier and we send it back by courier. For companies we come on-site. Indicative service prices are in the price list, and we confirm the final one after the diagnosis.
When diagnostics matter most
With “unclear” faults — the laptop shuts down on its own, a blue screen, slow for no reason, won’t turn on. That’s where guessing costs money and diagnostics save it. If you suspect the disk, don’t wait — get in touch about data recovery while the data can still be read.
